Good handling, good stance, some inner fender rubbing.
Headline says it all. Had it professionally installed. No complaints from the mechanic about difficulty or missing parts. Stance is about right afterward. Some inner fenderwell rubbing on medium dips and sharp cornering; A little disappointing. Stock/factory 20" wheels/tires.

Ram 1500 2020. Kit is good but not great needs work
I purchased this kit for my truck with high hopes but unfortunately it falls short. First of all the parts look great and the truck looks awesome. The front struts work well. I don't really notice much difference in ride quality in the front from stock. But that's really all that's good. The rear needs a lot more r&d it's way too soft and bottoms out on everything. The truck has a weird vibration now at different speeds. The rear shocks literally feel like they are not doing anything at all. Once the rear of the truck is fully on the ground the rear springs are almost completely compressed. I had very high hopes for this kit but it just falls short. I've had tons of lowered vehicles and this kit is by far the worst riding one I've had. I bought helper bags and that seemed to help the problem but I'm still disappointed in the kit. The rear feels like it's not been designed for this year truck.

Looks and drives good
Installed kit with no issues rides smoothly on a 2020 1500 2wd I recommend it if someone looking for a drop kit

Rear Shocks Bottom Out
My truck rides great. Looks much better. I have zero vibrations at high speeds, but any substantial bump in the road and the rear end slams into the bump stops. It is pretty terrible.

Looks good but has issues
So while the kit does make the truck look 100% better, unfortunately there are some issues and tradeoffs that make it not worth it to me and I will be removing the kit. I will likely just go with the 2" lowering springs for the rear so the truck sits level. Now for the issues: 1. The kit does not include an adjustable bar for the rear axle, this causes the entire rear end of the truck to shift towards the driver side by anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" depending on your truck(multiple people have reported this on forums and FB groups). This introduces unwanted drivetrain vibration especially at lower speeds. Either the mounting bracket needs to be redesigned to accommodate or an adjustable bar needs to be provided. 2. The ride quality is worse and any sort of sharp transition causes the rear to slam into the shortened bump stops no matter what speed you try and go over them. While I understand that ride quality would change due to being lowered I feel like maybe with better spring rates and shocks this could be mitigated. 3. This is more than likely related to #1 but as of late the truck has excessive vibration at speeds greater than 70-75 mph. Wheels are balanced and do not have any excessive wear, the truck has less than 6500 miles on it at the time of this review and almost 3k miles with this kit. 4. You will have a tough time installing any sort of aftermarket exhaust with piping larger than factory due to the bracket used for the rear axle arm, my Borla Atak exhaust hangs on the driver side due to this and there not being enough room to properly adjust it. If you don't mind a significantly stiffer ride, have no plans on changing your exhaust and don't mind investing in an adjustable rear axle bar then this kit makes these trucks look awesome and is significantly cheaper than the other option out there.

Perfect Stance
This kit was the perfect stance for my 2WD 2019 New Ram Truck. However the ride is a bit more firm and choppy. Also complete steering lock to one side will rub the inner fender if you have the plastic wheel well liner option. Other than those two things, I love it. Also don't need a step to hope in the truck. Perfect entry height.
