MaxTrac 833725 offers a 2.5" lift front coil spacer kit for your 2005-2020 Ford F250 Super Duty. Maxtrac has stuck to its guns, even with coil spacers which are typically found in urethane, by fabricating these out of solid 1/4" steel welded by hand here in-house. These spacers mount above the coil spring on the F250 and F350, making for an easy install.
