2 inch Drop Springs - Easy to install

Posted by Phillip on Dec 22, 2021

Like most reviews, I jacked the body up then put jack stands under the frame, which allows the rear end to hang. I used spring compressor's to remove the original springs. I didn't remove the shocks or sway bar. I did put a jack under the rear end before I started to compressed the springs. The new springs went in without having to compressing them. I had to use a little force to get them in position but was not difficult. Make sure to position the upper end of the spring in the correct position. When you remove the old spring you will see the upper saddle has a end location for the upper end of the new spring. Also, when complete and starting to lower the truck, make sure the new spring don't rotate out of there saddle before they start to compress. The final resting position was exactly what I desired. Interesting items I had to adjust: Rear view mirror Head lights

    Perfect ride height.

Posted by Scott in texas on Apr 02, 2021

Super easy to swap the springs. The ride height is perfectly level compared to the front, but looks slightly lower in the rear due to the shape of the cab and hood. Rides just a tad stiffer than stock. Would still recommend to everyone that wants the easiest lowering level springs. And they fit upper spring mounts better than the other cheapo brand.
