Great upgrade for 2020 Colorado crew cab 2wd

Posted by Adam on Jul 11, 2022

6.5" front/4" rear Installed on 2020 crew cab Colorado 2wd. Not too difficult to install. I did have the help of a lift. Took score 5 hours but was taking my time. Ride is great. I put the recommended 285/70/17 and no rub fwd or backwards. Glad I went with the upgraded fox 2 shocks. I ended up moving the rest love because they were a bit extended for my liking. But over all everything for great and I used the OEM offset on new wheels.

Nailed the look I was going for!

Posted by Chris Higa on Sep 04, 2020

I ordered the 6.5” kit with the FOX 2.0 coil-overs and rear shocks my 2017 Crew Cab Long Bed Diesel Colorado. It took about 4 hours to install the lift (had access to a lift which made the work much easier). The instructions were clear and the install went very smooth. I decided to run 17” Fuel Recoil Wheels with 285/70/17 Toyo Open Country AT3’s. Haven’t had any rubbing or clearance issues so far, so it was literally bolt on and go! And I am really pleased with how the truck rides. Overall, I am super stoked how it all came out. Great job Maxtrac!
